Hi I'm Marie... We'll consider this my intro blog just to introduce myself and of course get the ball rolling.
A little bit about me, why I'm even writing this and what I hope you get out of it...
I'm a 29 year old single mom, and when I say single Mom, I mean the kind with no co-parenting aka Super Powers... Or as my friends would describe as insane ha ha. This is a most recent picture of my beautiful kids after they got done eating homemade donut holes. They are my world or least the primary focus of it... How could they not be right?! So besides spending 90% of my time playing, acting goofy and sounding like a parrot (repeat repeat repeat) and cleaning I go to school online, I work as Treatment Coordinator in a local Behavioral Health Clinic and within the past six months have become an Independent BeachBody Coach.
Whew! That's a lot I know but here's the thing I love it, every minute of it. I love being with my kids and I wouldn't give it up for anything in the world, I know everyone can relate to this. They are my angel's and they push me to do better and to be a better person everyday. I couldn't do what I do without them!
I love working in Social Services and I love Coaching! I love to help people come to realize, and work on what's important to them, and in all reality I love watching what happens when a person is successful, when their self esteem grows, and their life changes for the better because of it!
So why am I writing this Blog....
Because I am a single parent and it has been one of the most challenging and life changing lessons to know that in order to give my kids my world the best of me I have to take care of me in real kind of way... and that means many things. What it changes is completely indescribable, and that's what i want to share with you... That it is possible, and why and how.
